[edit] System requirements

• Windows 2000/XP or greater (vista/7)

• Mac OSX and Linux are both supported but have several unresolved technical issues

[edit] Supported web browsers

• Web browser Firefox >= 3.x.
• Flash Player >= 10
• Enable cookies
• Enable JavaScript
• Allow pop up windows

[edit] How to check if you have the above requirements - do the following:

[edit] Web browser Firefox version>= 3.x

1. Open Firefox.
2. Go to the menu "Help" -> "About Mozilla Firefox" check that version is bigger than 3.0
3. If not go to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ and download/install a newer version.

[edit] Flash Player>= 10

1. Open Firefox.
2. Go to http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/ In this page it should tell you your Flash Player version.
3. If it's smaller than 10, then install the latest Windows version compatible with Firefox.

[edit] Enable cookies, Enable JavaScript, Allow pop up windows

1. Open Firefox.
2. Go to the menu "Tools" -> "Options...".
3. Click the "Content" icon
4. Check that you allow popup windows (see Figure 1.) for the "shared space tools" (2d.mobile.evtek.fi).
5. Check that you have "Enable JavaScript" ticked (see Figure 1.).
6. Check that "File type" for Flash (SWF) is associated with "Shockwave Flash" (see Figure 1.).
7. Click the "Privacy" icon.
8. Check that you enable cookies (see Figure 2.).
9. Check in the "Exceptions..." (see Figure 2.) that the "shared space tools" (2d.mobile.evtek.fi) is not blocked (Note that if it is not in the list, that means that you allow the cookies for this site (so it's ok)).
