Shared Space

[edit] What is a Shared Space?

A Shared Space is a virtual place that can have any number of members. Individuals can interact within a Shared Space in a synchronous or asynchronous manner. A Shared Space can be viewed in several different manners.

[edit] Add a Shared space to the shared space network

Click on the Menu Bar and select File - Add - Shared Space. You can also right-click on the view and select "Add Shared Space".

Once a user selects Add Shared Space, the following window pops up:

Fill the required information and press OK. A user can also choose to press cancel if he or she decides that they don't want to create the Shared Space after all.

[edit] Modify a Shared Space's information

It is possible to edit the data of a Shared Space in Information Tab.

Right-click on a Shared Space and select "Modify". This is only possible when you are in the Network View.

[edit] Delete a Shared Space

To remove an entire Shared Space permanently, right-click on the Shared Space and select Delete.
